Nobody defaulted to their screen because they're rude — they did it because nothing gave them a reason not to. That's a design problem. We fix it.

Three weeks later, someone brings it up at dinner. A month later, it's an inside joke. We build the one people can't stop referencing.

That night didn't happen by accident. Something in the situation created it. We spent a long time figuring out what that something was — then we built a way to make it happen on purpose. That's what every Jugaadors game is.
